Minnesota Monthly’s 19th Annual Food & Wine Experience welcomed back CRAVE Restaurant in Minneapolis and CRAVE Catering, along with other great restaurants, caterers, and liquor vendors last Saturday and Sunday at Target Field. A multitude of passionate foodies and wine lovers quickly discovered why this much-anticipated event is the “most delicious weekend of the year!”

Target Field’s Metropolitan and Legend’s Clubs, with a beautiful view of the Downtown skyline, provided the perfect elegant space to showcase over 350 fine wines, 75 specialty beers, and 200 exhibitors serving delightful snacks to food and wine enthusiasts.

 

CRAVE Restaurant and CRAVE Catering was once again paired with Washington State Wine, and sister concepts UNION Restaurant and figlio joined us for the first time at the Food & Wine Show! We served California Rolls and Steak Bites, and for all you dessert lovers: Hazelnut White Chocolate Truffle Pops and Dark Chocolate Salted Carmel Truffle Pops.
